Do you deliver to all EU countries?
Yes, we provide delivery services to all 27 EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Some remote locations may require additional coordination time.
What about rural or remote locations?
We can collect and deliver to most rural locations within our coverage area. Additional fees may apply for locations more than 50km from major transport routes.
Are there any restricted areas?
We cannot deliver to areas under travel restrictions or military zones. Island deliveries to locations like Corsica, Sardinia, or Greek islands require ferry transport and additional time.
How do you handle cross-border customs?
Our drivers are experienced with EU customs procedures and carry all necessary documentation. For non-EU destinations, we coordinate with customs agents to ensure smooth border crossings.
